These terms apply to your use of coception.studio (the “site”), which is run by Coception Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole-trader business based in Brunswick Heads, New South Wales, Australia. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal or business information. You must not:

use the site in a way that breaks any law

try to interfere with the site, its security or other people’s use of it

copy, scrape or collect content or data from the site by automated means.

Our content

Unless we say otherwise, everything on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images and the Coception Studio CXD and Fire Starter frameworks, is owned by or licensed to Coception Studio. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content without our written permission.

Beta and wait list

Coception Studio is currently in beta with a select group of businesses. Joining the wait list doesn’t guarantee a place in the beta or access to any product or service. Any products or services we later offer will have their own terms, which we’ll give you before you buy.

Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but the information on it is general in nature. It is not professional, financial or legal advice, and you should consider your own circumstances before acting on it.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites run by other people. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows:

the site is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors

we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information. It forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
